Yes, bedding packs (duvet, pillow, bedsheets) are provided for all accommodation bookings.

The residences normally include some appliances (such as kettle or toaster) in their kitchens. Most accommodations however do not provide kitchen supplies such as pots/pans, plates, cutlery, glasses etc. Please double check with the ONCAMPUS Livein team if you have any doubts. We can provide a discount code to purchase a kitchen pack to all UK students booking with us.

The earliest possible check-in date is stated on your license agreement. Unfortunately, it is not possible to arrive any earlier.

Depending on the residence, we can provide licenses for the whole academic course (September to June/July), licenses for the whole year (September to August), or shorter licenses running from September to December. You can enquire the license lengths provided for your preferred accommodation with the ONCAMPUS Livein team.

Students can make an upfront payment for the total amount or pay on a termly basis. Sponsored students can request a monthly payment plan, if required.

Yes, all utility bills (gas, electricity, water, WiFi) are included with your booking.

Please let us know if you have any issues with your room after arrival, we may be able to arrange this if we have availability. If it is not possible to move, we will strive to resolve any problems with the room you may have.

It is not possible to withdraw from accommodation mid-year and therefore full accommodation fees will be due for the remainder of the relevant current academic year. The limited exception to this is if you find a suitable student to take over your license agreement.
